- i-Care customers are added to the customer care database for
website maintenance support.
- Customer sends web update or
maintenance requests via web forms, email, ticketing system or fax.
- Account manager
verify the accounts.
- We will request your permission prior to
spending any hours beyond your subscription.
- Customer will
receive email upon requested work completion or customers can also
track the progress by logging into their account.
- Please note
that weekend and holidays are not considered a work day. Please use
this information for delivery date.
With IntCIS Care, you have
the additional option to create your own plan and then contact us. We will
analyze the plan and upon approval we will fit to meet your needs.
