  • i-Care customers are added to the customer care database for website maintenance support.
  • Customer sends web update or maintenance requests via web forms, email, ticketing system or fax.
  • Account manager verify the accounts.
  • We will request your permission prior to spending any hours beyond your subscription.
  • Customer will receive email upon requested work completion or customers can also track the progress by logging into their account.
  • Please note that weekend and holidays are not considered a work day. Please use this information for delivery date.
